Digital Sliotar (Powered by DMF Systems) is a simple application to verify is Hurley Ball is GAA certified.

Verifying the ball is easy—here’s how it works:

1. Just open the app, it will ask you to Scan the ball.

2. Touch the phone over the NFC sticker printed on the ball.

3. Hold it till it gives you the response.

That's it if the ball has GAA certified chip in it, the response given out will be positive (TA - Yes). The acknowledgement will be negative (NIL - No) if the chip inside the ball is not GAA certified.

App uses NFC technology to communicate with the chip in the ball. For better results touch the ball with the phone and when it detects the ball, keep it steady until it provides the acknowledgement of GAA certification.
